In an effort to slow down the spread of COVID-19, the lobbies of Excelsior EMC will be closed beginning Tuesday, March 17 until further notice.
Our Statesboro office will be accepting payments through the drive thru window. The Metter office will accept payments through the night deposit box during our normal business hours. As always, the night deposit boxes are available after hours at both offices. We encourage our members to utilize the many alternative payment options that we have such as through our mobile app, our website at www.excelsioremc.com or by calling our Interactive Voice Response payment line (IVR) at (912) 685-2116 and select option two.
We will also be suspending disconnections of service for non-payment until April 15. While this is not a normal procedure, we are sensitive to disruptions in the livelihood of our members. Though disconnections are suspended for a short time, we encourage members to pay their accounts on time to avoid large balances in the future.
